Refund & Exchange Policy — Amiraa
Thank you for choosing Amiraa. We truly appreciate your trust and want to make your experience as smooth and comfortable as possible.
Please read the policy carefully before placing your order.
1) Do you offer Return or Exchange?
Amiraa follows an Exchange-Only Policy.
❌ We do not offer returns
❌ We do not offer refunds
❌ We do not offer store credit
We kindly request you to check the size chart carefully before ordering.
✔️ Exchange is available in the following cases:
1. Wrong Product Received
If you receive the wrong item, we will gladly arrange an exchange.
➡️ Logistics charge of ₹200 will be paid by the customer.
2. Damaged or Defective Product
If the product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:
➡️ We will arrange an exchange free of cost
➡️ Logistics charges will be paid by Amiraa
A clear, unedited opening video is required for both cases to process the exchange.
❌ Exchange is NOT available for:

Sale/discounted items

Products bought with offers or coupon codes

Customized or altered products

Missing/unclear unboxing video

Wrong size ordered by the customer (still exchangeable, but logistic fee ₹200 applies)
Exchange Eligibility:
To qualify for an exchange, please ensure:

The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

Tags, labels, invoice, and packaging are intact

2) Refund Policy
We gently want to inform you that refunds are not available.
In case of damage or defect (verified through the opening video), we are always happy to arrange an exchange at no cost to you.

3) Do you offer reverse pickup?
Yes, we provide reverse pickup.

For wrong product received OR size exchange → ₹200 (customer pays)

For damaged/defective product → Free pickup (we pay)
A payment link will be sent (if applicable). Pickup starts once payment is completed.
4) Is Express Delivery available?
Yes, Express Delivery is available.
Please message us before ordering to confirm product availability.
5) Can I cancel my order?

Prepaid orders cannot be canceled.

COD orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
Contact us on WhatsApp or email for cancellation requests.
6) Size doesn’t fit — what should I do?
You can request a size exchange within 48 hours of delivery.
➡️ Logistics fee of ₹200 applies.
