• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• Once processed and shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email or WhatsApp.

2. Shipping Time

• Domestic Orders (Within India): Delivery typically takes 5–8 business days, depending on the delivery location.
• Remote or Hard-to-Reach Locations: Delivery may require additional time depending on courier service availability.

Note: Delivery timelines may be affected during festivals, sales periods, bad weather, or other unforeseen logistical delays.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping is available across India for prepaid orders.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional handling fee may apply and will be displayed at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via email or WhatsApp.
• You may track the delivery status using the courier partner's tracking portal.

5. Delayed or Failed Delivery

• If delivery is delayed due to incorrect address details, customer unavailability, or courier-related issues, our team may reach out for assistance.
• If an order is returned to us after unsuccessful delivery attempts or incorrect address details, re-shipping charges may apply.
